Two construction workers wearing white safety helmets and dark jackets with 'ESTATA' on the back are inspecting a partially built wooden structure at a construction site, with some burned remains of a building next to it.
Workers are installing siding on a house. One person is on the balcony near the window, and another person is standing on the ground holding a rolled-up blueprint. A ladder is positioned against the house, and various tools are nearby, with all the house's exterior panels partially installed.

Rough Carpentry - Framing

This project demanded more than conventional framing. Structural steel was carefully erected and integrated with new wood framing to create a strong, precise structure while preserving the design intent. Every connection required careful planning, accurate layout and experienced craftsmanship.

Tight site access added another layer of complexity. Materials and structural components were positioned using precise crane operations, coordinated to keep the work moving safely and efficiently. From steel installation to complex roof framing, the project demonstrates our ability to manage demanding structural work with skill, control and attention to detail.

Exterior Insulation · Thermal Breaks · Z-Girts · Rainscreen Cladding · Custom Flashings · High-Performance Windows

Building Envelope - Cladding

This high-end residential project combined advanced building-envelope performance with carefully executed architectural finishes. Continuous exterior mineral-wool insulation, thermally broken cladding supports and high-performance windows were integrated to improve energy efficiency, durability and occupant comfort.

Custom flashings, rainscreen detailing and vertical wood cladding required precise coordination at every opening, transition and connection. From the concealed thermal-control layers to the finished façade, the project demonstrates our ability to deliver complex high-performance assemblies without compromising architectural design.

Heritage Restoration · Lime Plaster · Water Damage · Finish Matching · Ornamental Millwork · Interior Finishing

Interior Water-Damage Restoration

Following water damage associated with a fire response, this heritage residence required careful restoration of its original interior finishes. Damaged ceilings and walls were repaired using traditional lime plaster techniques, preserving the character and material integrity of the historic building.

The work required close attention around ornamental trim, detailed millwork and original hardwood flooring. From selective repairs and surface matching to painting and final finishing, the project demonstrates our ability to restore heritage interiors while protecting the craftsmanship that makes them distinctive.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident, and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. The latter will take care of itself. It always does.
